Recently Harry, from The Game Show and I got to experience something incredible. It was a driving lesson from YoungDriver!
YoungDriver allows kids between 10 and 17 to get behind the steering wheel. The marketing manager, Sue, said that they boost confidence with what they offer. As well as that she said ‘it takes pressure off them when they get to the legal age of driving because they have exams and college to concentrate on as well.’
Harry and I were offered a 30 minute lesson and jumped at the chance. We braced Storm Dennis and did amazingly as we took on our first ever bit of driving.
Harry said ‘YoungDriver was excellent, it was amazing to be able to do it when I’m only 13! I really enjoyed driving and I want to do it again!’.
Whilst there I said that ‘It is incredible what they offer. The instructors were really friendly and if we didn’t understand they went through it with us until we got it. We really appreciate what YoungDriver have given us.’
